Privacy Policy

When you subscribe to our newsletter or rate alerts, we collect your email addressand the preferences you choose (for example, which platforms you want rate alerts for and where on the site you signed up). That's it — no name, no phone number, no account, and no password.

Like most websites, we also collect anonymous, aggregated analytics (such as page views and referring sites) via Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. This data is not used to personally identify you.

We use your email address only to:

• Send our weekly crypto lending report — rate changes, new platforms, and market analysis.
• Send rate alerts for the platforms you asked us to watch, when their rates change significantly.
• Send a one-time double opt-in confirmation email so we know the address is really yours.

We do not use your email for any other purpose, and we will not add you to lists you didn't ask for.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the newsletter. They process your data only on our behalf:

• Supabase — stores your email address and preferences securely.
• Resend — delivers our confirmation emails, newsletters, and rate alerts.
• Google Analytics — provides anonymous, aggregated usage statistics.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone, for any reason.

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from all future emails immediately — no questions, no login. You can also email us at hello@crypto.loans to update your preferences or delete your data entirely.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because the only personal data we hold is your email address and preferences, exercising these rights is straightforward.

EU/UK residents (GDPR): our lawful basis for processing your email is your consent, which you give when you subscribe and which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

To make any request, email us at hello@crypto.loans. We'll respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We keep your email address only for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we either remove your data or flag the address as unsubscribed so we don't email you again. Data is stored with reputable providers that use encryption in transit and at rest.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
